I just UPGRADED my ta-082 3.02OE-B TO 3.03OE-A !!

here is the guide step by step how you safelly upgrade.

Get this 3 files :

*http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/998 (3.03 open edition rivision A)

*http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/958 (3.03 firmware update EBOOT US )

*http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/4 (1.50 firmware update EBOOT )

Instructions:

step1:charge your psp battery ,to be sure to 100%,

step2:formatt your memory card,(i recommend you to backup some file like the folder SAVEDATA from psp folder so that you can play your games were you stopped) after that do a hard reset if you don`t know how just remove the battery and put it back!

step3: - Get the 1.50 and 3.03 Sony updates, and put them in the oeupdatemaker folder with the names 150.PBP and 303.PBP

step4: Copy oeupdatemaker and oeupdatemaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in firmware 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you are in 2.71 SE or 3.02 OE

step5:Run oeupdatemaker. It will generate the dxar file DATA.DXAR

step6:Copy 303oeflasher and 303oeflasher% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you are in 2.71 SE or 3.02 OE.

step7:Move the DATA.DXAR file from oeupdatemaker directory to the 303oeflasher directory
