There's a series you may have heard of, and it's being ported to the PSP. There was a good game on Super Nintendo, an incredible sequel on the Playstation One. That game coming to the PSP is Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, and it's release date is September 15th, 2007. You might want to mark that date on your calendar, because this is a must have for all Castlevania fans, and definitely worth checking out if you've never played before.
The Dracula X Chronicles will contain three games:
- A port of Rondo of Blood
- An improved, 3D version of Rondo of Blood
- A port of Symphony of the Night
For those who aren't familiar, Dracula X: Rondo of Blood was the prequel to the popular Playstation title Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Rondo never made it's way to the US, so this is quite the gift, coming in two different versions, as well as a port of the sequel. 1UP has a complete preview, and provides exclusive game footage as well. More information will come over the next few months, there's still a long ways before the release.
