Question about pspWxp
Does it work on 3.11? And is there a chance of bricking the PSP?

No chance of bricking whatsoever. 100% safe.

It's simply a few web pages that you copy to your memory stick and then load in the PSP's web browser. They're made to look like winxp but really you are in no way running anything to do with windows, just looking at web pages.
