The system_plugin_bg in the zip have a Z1R_, Z1G_, Z2R_ ect... at the beginning of the name. this tells you what color it is. z1r_ would be the red one in the first picture. Z2p_ would be the purple one in the second picture. Just rename the file you want to system_plugin_bg, then flash it.

take the system_plugin_bg you like and flash it to flash0:/VSH/RESOURCE overwriting the existing file

FLASHING

IN ORDER TO HAVE THIS WORKING YOU MUST WRITE TO FLASH. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS TRIED, TESTED, AND TRUE, THERE IS STILL A POSSIBILITY OF BRICKING AND LEAVING YOUR PSP TOTALLY USELESS

-If you are using 3.03OE or 3.10OE start up your PSP holding R to enter recovery menu
-Select advanced options and toggle Flash0 to USB
-From your computer Navigate through X:/VSH/RESOURCE and copy the file, overwriting the previous one (X:/ is the drive your flash0 is mounted to)
-Restart you PSP

-For those of you who like doing things the coplicated way (it builds character) download PSP Filer. Download PSP Filer v2.9
- Put it on your memory stick like any other homebrew and start it up.
- Hit select, then circle to change the language to English
- Make sure that you have the system_plugin_bg on your memory stick. Navigate to it and hit X then O to copy to Ram
- L + Right + R to enter hacker mode and then hit START twice to access flash0
- Navigate to VSH/RESOURCE and hit X the TRIANGLE to paste. Overwrite the other file.
-RESTART your PSP

WORKS ON ALL FIRMWARE VERSIONS
from what I can see the system_plugin_bg from all firmwares is the same. I can confirm this works on 1.00, 1.50, 3.0XOE-A,B,C and 3.10OE-A.
