dcemu has a great forum with generally helpful people, good for those who are preparing to downgrade. For some reason your link with the www in it wont resolve for me http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ works.

psp-hacks is .com not .net http://www.psp-hacks.com/

wiki.ps2dev.org also doesn't seem to want to resolve for me, http://ps2dev.org/ by itself works though.

Could just be an issue with my ISP's DNS server.
