| cyclone24, you're really missing out on valuable PSP gaming time, so I'll try and help you out.
Okay! Open the disk tray using the 'open' button on the top of your PSP.
Take your UMD / game, and make sure the under-side of the game is facing inside the PSP and that the semi-circle part of the game is inserted in first.
Push until you hear a click, and make sure the game doesn't spring back at you.
Close the disk tray, and start your PSP (on /off switch at the right-hand side of the device).
To play the game, the PSP might need a firmware update, but the game should prompt you with this automatically. Use the directional buttons, to read through the legal facts. Then hit right on the directional pad, to take you to the next slide etc. You will have to select 'I agree' and other such buttons to continue. Once that's done, the firmware update should begin, and a loading bar will appear.
This should take approximately 5 minutes, and once completed the game should finally start for you!
Good luck!

Oh what a tit! It was 5am in Miami when I did that post! I thought I had done a good deed for the day!
And like you GMC, I'm not really interested either!
But yes, I work for Philips. You've made my day there, because I'm marketing director of Philips UK, and proves our marketing team has been doing a good job!

| If you mean hombrew then PM me and I will help you out.
If you meant pirated psp game images I will not. Those things are killing the psp as a platform and new games will dry up.
If your psp is currently firmware 2.81 or above you cannot access any homebrew at all currently, and the best thing you can do if you wish to gain access one day is to NOT UPDATE any further. |
