and also does firmware 3.00 support homebrew??

Version 2.80 upgrade can be found here: Firmware Update 2.80 - PSPZones.com. But apparently you should only download it if you have firmware 2.71.

As for whether version 3.0 allows homebrew, i doubt it, and i can't find anything saying that you can use homebrew with it yet.
