Nothing Comes out

Hi, i really need help here.i charged my psp using usb cable onto pc desktop.i off my psp while charging after about 2 hours of charging i switch on the psp and to check the battery status.after some time the psp red lite is gone,i unplug the usb cable and switch on the psp but the screen come out nothing.i am shock... anyone can advise me.tks
