I recently released new versions of KeyCleaner and IdStorage Manager. What are they? KeyCleaner is a simple solution to a simple problem - old downgraders corrupted the IdStorage keys of TA-082 and TA-086 PSPs, so something was needed to cleanup the keys. That is KeyCleaner's job. It will clean up a hard-downgraded PSP (common for colored Japanese PSPs advertised as 1.50), an original 2.71 soft-downgraded PSP, a NOOBZ 2.80 soft-downgraded PSP, and a NOOBZ 3.03 soft-downgraded PSP.
IdStorage Manager is more of a developer tool. It lets you examine the contents of the IdStorage keys as hex or ASCII, create or delete keys, and modify any or all keys. As such, it's not for the beginner and can totally screw up your PSP if you aren't careful.
You'll find v1.2 of both on my google page.

You'll also find corruption-free versions of the downgraders there as well. Note - the 3.50 Lumines downgrader and the downgrader in Pandora's Battery are both corruption-free.
