i got firmware 3.03 i i want to downgrade..anyone know how??

and i also want to put some homwbrew games on it any one got advice??

That guide is for all models of PSP.
The 3.03 downgrader is safe to use on all models of PSP, including TA-82.
Some earlier downgraders were not.

If you have a PSP running firmware 3.03 or below, and a copy of the original release (unpatched, has firmware 2.0 on the UMD) GTA: Liberty City Stories then you can use that downgrader.

how do i reformat my memory stick like it says in the tutorial

To do a quick format go the the left in the PSP's menu, then down to 'system settings', select it, then down to 'format memory stick'.

To do a full format, connect your PSP to your pc, right click its drive letter in my computer, choose 'format' and press start without changing any of the options.
You may then want to do the quick format on the PSP itself to create the default folder structure again.
