need help

sorry i'm a big noob, i downloaded these icons for xmb and when i try and put them on i get the semi brick, i went back to old icons of course but i wanted to know how i could get the icons to work cause i really wanted them.btw my firmware is 3.40 OE-A

are they converted to ur firmware if i wer you , which im not, then i would downgrade to 3.03 oe-c ( the customisation FW ) and then try it
