To get an avatar, choose any image you like: max size is 170x170 pixels. Then go to your User CP which is just below the PSP Home banner at the top and select Edit Avatar, which is on the left hand side. If you have the pic saved on your PC, click on browse, find your image, then save the changes. Otherwise put the web address of the image in the space below where it says Enter URL to Image, then save settings. Hope that helps you.
