the ps3 is going to win, hands down, 90% of the people i know are ps2 players and no-one is defecting to `the microsoft`side, we are hanging on, eagerly awaiting its arrival on our shores

PS3 is down and out, most people will wait till it lowers in price and sony is going to lose more then they gain on it. Wii may win but it's line up needs to improve, it's motion sense isn't as good as they made it sound. Xbox 360 has the jump but unless they can some how call GTA for their own and Halo 3 isn't a big a bust as Halo 2 they could win. It can go any way right now, each system is going to need that one powerful game to blow all the others away PS3 already lost Assassins Creed which was supposed to be the second hit for them which hurts. Most people in Japan will go Wii and Most Americans will go MS/Wii but to decide it all comes down to Halo vs MGS vs Mario IMO.

imo, PS3 will win hands down. Mostly because of its franchises.
final fantasy, Kingdom hearts, MGS, DMC, Tekken, ratchet and clank, jak and daxter. List goes on, but dont forget about the new titles coming out either like heavenly sword, resistance.

PS3 also has a free online service which is a bonus compared to live subscriptions and has blu-ray.
