We have a case of either purely awesome news for the PSP or a lapse in updating on the part of
Capcom's website people. A recent post from Joystiq has us taking notice of a mention of
Devil May Cry for the PSP on Capcom's Japanese website.
Here's the thing. As far back as 2005, there were rumblings of a PSP
DMC. We even thought that they'd make an announcement for the series at TGS
back in 2006, but that never really came to pass. Two years later, this pops up, but it could just be an unchanged announcement from way back when.
What's weird, however, is that this site listing keeps getting updated with new Capcom PSP games, but that one notice has never been taken down. Here's to hoping it actually means what we all hope it does: that Dante will be doing crazy killer combos on the PSP.
