Final Fantasy XIII may be years off at this point and the long-awaited Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core continues to elude us, but maybe we'll have some answers this May, as GameFront's scanned the announcement of Square Enix Party 2007, going down in Japan on May 12 and 13 for the Final Fantasy series' 20th anniversary.
We haven't heard much from Square Enix in a while -- what's up with Final Fantasy: The Crystal Bearers, anyway? They've been pushing a Crystal Chronicles sequel forever with nothing to show for it, but the advertisement lists the game as "coming soon," (as opposed to Final Fantasy XIII's "work in progress," for example) so hopefully Square Enix Party 2007 will be an opportunity to see where many of the publisher's games are at.
If nothing else, there should be some pretty trailers. Stay tuned for more.
