What firmware is the Psp supposed to be on?
Try rebooting the Psp..holding the R shoulder button at the same time... what happens?

First of all, I thought you said you had 2.81 in the other post here:
[GUIDE] Downgrading a TA-082 2.71 PSP to 3.03 OE-A/B

Second of all, there is no firmware "3.01 oe1"... Go to system settings and check your firmware.

Third of all, recovery mode is not built in the PSP when you buy it. You can only have it when you flash Dark_AleX's custom firmware. If you do have recovery, hold the power button up for 6 seconds and completely turn off your PSP, then turn it back on holding the "R" trigger.

Recovery mode is not built in the PSP when you buy it with Sony's firmware.
You can only have it when you flash Dark_AleX's custom firmware (3.10 OE).

I'm sorry to say there is no way you can un-brick your 2.81 TA-082 PSP. How did you brick it? Try turning it on and pressing the screen brightness button.
