how strange

i was just having a little surf on the psp the other night just to see what it looked like on there, after a couple of pages had loaded, i went to another site, i got an error message "not enough memory" and the page failed to load.
whats going on there then? could it be down to the memstick? i only have a 32mb at the moment

yeah, its something to do with cache/ histroy or something like that. What firmware are you using because i think this problem may have been fixed in a recent update.

This error has nothing to do with the size of your memory stick, the memory it is referring to is the internal RAM (random access memory [working memory]).

Memory cards and UMDs are storage forms of memory, not active working memory, which is different (much faster amongst other things).

The psp's browser is crap in my opinion, it's either restricted in the amount of the psp's 32mb RAM it can access or is incredibly poorly coded.

EDIT: If you use the tabs feature (multiple pages loaded at once) of the browser you will be using more of the limited memory.
