I got mine at launch, Paid over the ods for it, but it was worth it  When did you get yours?? |

| I actually have three. One's American and is used for homebrew and US PSP UMD movies, the second is Japanese, and was at first used for playing the latest games, and watching UK and Jap UMD movies. I got the third free with my phone: that one's English and it is the one i mostly use right now because it is the only one on version 2.60. However, i've sort of sold the third one to a family member because i can no longer justify having three. I still have it, but it'll be going to him soon, along with a couple of my games.
Oh and i'm a games journalist: having more than one is useful.

And by over the odds, how much are we talking, Jason? I'm guessing over £200, but i hope you didn't pay nearly £300 like a friend of mine did just to get one early.  | |

Yeah a US one. mate of mine picked ours up when he went to new york.
Worked out around £130 for console. Was great being "exclusive" for couple of months  cos at the time most peopl around hadnt had there hands on one.

But that's awesome you managed to get one early. I got mine at the American launch. I just so happened to be on holiday in Florida at the time, and about a month before i went i realised i might be there (we were going to be spending a few days in Jamaica too) for their launch. I also paid about £130 for mine, and got Need for Speed Underground Rivals and Wipeout Pure as my first games. Quote: |
