please... i really need help...

hey.. I downloaded a ISO for 3.30 firmware version but i only have 3.03 OE_C.. and when i put it in my psp.. it says the game could not be started (803000032) and I'm thinking if that i upgrade my psp to 3.40 OE_A but the question is do I still need to downgrade to 1.50 firmware and upgrade to 3.40 OE_A???

are you want to play iso PSP game?
I'm not suggesting you play with ISO games, cause it's illegal, but in that case about your problem...
maybe what all you need is on recovery mode...
you know how to go to recovery mode are you?
turn off your PSP complately... and then when you start it hold the R button
that will make you on blue screen (recovery mode).
then at recovery mode you go to configuration ---> Use NO-UMD enable...
then go to back and exit...

about my second problem that i sent to you in YM...
do you think I should reflash my psp??? how do i do it??? i'm currently in 3.40 OE_A??? should i downgrade first??? if i need to downgarde what firmware version do i downgrade to???

no you dont need to downgrade to 1.50
just put the required things where they need to go
and boot it up as you would when you first flashed your psp
