Ahh am not sure What about Dungeons and Dragons I heard it was a great MMORPG game out there...

I played lord of the rings tactics and thought it was great, Not really had experience with other games

Aren't they RPGs not MMORPGs?
I don't know of any MMORPGs on the psp, a google for 'psp mmorpg' suggests there is one due in the future however.

Oblivion for PSP will be an MMORPG won't it?

I don't think there are any as of yet, though with Monster Hunter Portable you can go on hunts in groups of 4 people online. You could try that while waiting for Oblivion.
