Let me put punctuation in what he said, so it makes more sense:

Nope. Still doesn't make proper sense. What he is trying to say though is that the layout could do with a little work. I do agree, to some extent, but it's something that's still being worked on. PSP-Hacks though has far too much advertising on their site: i don't like it all that much.

For future reference though, Michael, punctuation is your friend: it helps people to understand what you're saying.
