You can find the directory by yourself, open iTunes, click “edit” menu -> “preference” -> “Advanced” tab, here you can find your iTunes download file directory address.
The default folder is: C:\Documents and Settings\*****\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music
***** is your computer name.
