Just use the cd-rom "Picture-Package"--- Very easy to use... Convert/Upload/Share/Edit...

If not a Sony...

just Download any Video software that allow you to capture the movie on your DV....
Try using:
STOIK
Color7 Video Studio
FoxVideo

Or the trusty-never-fails Windows Movie Maker
