here I want to give a health and delicius drink recipe: (very popular on my country... is call "STMJ" = Susu (MILK) Telur (Yellow Egg Yolk) Madu (HONEY) Jahe (GINGER).. maybe if pronounce in english is called "MYHG"... hehehe...
pour 1/2 glass of hot milk...
get the egg and just put the yolk on the hot milk...
get 1/4 juice ginger and mix it with milk and yolk... and stirr it...
add some honey as much sweet you want it...
and drink it while it hot.. is so delicius.. and healty...
