Hi Trent:
First 2 questions. What sort of video are you trying to encode and how long did it take to encode the file?

Also could you please do the following to help me try and find whats wrong:

Open PSPvideo9
click 'setup' on the left hand side
Click the 'console' tab
Check the box that says 'Enable Debug Console'
Try the encode again
Once its done, go back to that screen (setup/console) and copy all the text, then paste it in a post here for me to check out

One other thing, did you remember to set the MY PC section to 'AVC Folder'?
