| waht program do you use for converting your video to PSP? use a pspvideo9converter program...
and just don rename your video, cause make PSP cannot detect that m4 files... the rest is same as above... put your video format mp4 to memorie stick directory: MP_ROOT --->100MNV01
and then disconnect the usb and play it on the PSP console...
