Which threads to stick is really quite subjective.
It really depends what process someone wants a guide for and theres not that many threads in the section so its no big deal to look through them (imho). The threads with the newest replies will obviously be at the top.

Im happy to take suggestions on what to stick but I'd like to keep it to a minimum, too many stickied threads and it defeats their purpose.
