@ michaelp - What? I already helped him downgrade his 2.71 to 1.50 then to 3.02 OE-A. Now he wants to upgrade to 3.10 OE-A from 3.02 OE-A.
@ batman - You can install 3.10 OE-A on existing 3.02 OE firmware. You don't need to downgrade to 1.50 first. You need to follow this tutorial:

Firmware 3.10 OE-A plays all games iso currently, because no game needs 3.10 firmware yet. This also has a better PS1 compatability. Chance of bricking is very low when following instructions carefully.
