You can install 3.10 OE-A on existing 3.02 OE firmware. You need to place them in X:\PSP\
GAME150, it says it in the tutorial
Firmware 3.10 OE-A plays all games iso currently, because no game needs 3.10 firmware yet. This also has a better PS1 compatability.
